A side dish for Mexican Roast Pork Adobo?
Does any one have a suggestion for a side dish for my roast pork adobo (Mexican Style)? I perfer something other than rice. My roast has been marinating overnight in a blended sauce made of pasilla peppers, onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, vinegar and beer.
Any suggestions would be greatly apprecaited.
Gracias!!

how about yellow rice with chopped onion, celery, and broccoli in it????
mhhhh delicious!!! well, my mom uses smash potatoe or smash beans. She also cuts onion and put it over the sauce. Sounds delicious!!!
Potatos, the simpler the better. They will contrast nicely with the spicy adobo.
Buen provecho!
Black bean and corn salad, add some red onions, little cilantro… and whatever else sounds good to you?
A pota to, apple and beet salad. Steamed collard greens with vinegar and onions.
