After eating garlic why can’t you smell it on yourself and others can?

I ate a whole bunch of garlic the other day, and didn’t think I smelled like garlic until my husband said “WOAH – holy, garlic, batman!”

the smell is there but your nose after a short time will get use to the smell and you don’t notice it. its a mental thing.

Dear,

Of course you can’t smell it. You’re in it.

Others are able to smell because they are not in it.
