Another bearnaise question?

Hello,
I just realized I am out of shallots…… so I can use either yellow onion, red onion, or green onion (all minced) as substitutions. Again, this is to make bearnaise sauce per http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Matthews-Bearnaise-Sauce/Detail.aspx
