Any helpful information or websites to visit for herbs?
I grew a number of herbs and now I need to know what to do with the crop I grew. I have basil, rosemary, thyme, fennel & mint. I know to dry them, but how and how long will they keep? Any good recipes in which I can incorporate them in?

This may help. I hope your meals are Delicious!
I just made a batch of homemade vinegars with my herbs…here is the link to my site on how to do it…
This is great if you like salads or do a bit of cooking!
Otherwise, I dry mine by hanging them upside down in bunches and then, once dry, storing them. It is amazing the difference between fresh, dried herbs and that stuff you get at the store! They keep for a year or more as long as they’re dried all the way before storing.
Oh, and if you’ve grown any tomatoes this year, blanch, peel and freeze them in freezer bags – if you throw in a sprig each of thyme and basil they add a nice flavor to your tomatoes!
how to use them how to store them
I like the McCormick website
It won’t tell you everything you need to know, but it gives a good explanation for each herb or spice, and makes some suggestions for how you can use them, what you can combine them with.
There is a website with how to dry the herbs, how to store them, etc. It’s bobvila.com and click on “How To Library” and in the search part put “herb gardening”. It gives information on how to dry, harvesting, cooking, etc. Hope that helps.
