Bruschetta? Good choice for dieting or bad?



4 really thin slices of sourdough bread (like 3 x2 inch square, 1/2 cm thin) with garlic and basil topping with a couple drops of olive oil (like 1 ml?)

1 medium tomato, shallots, salt, a couple of drops of olive oil. And about 1 tsp of feta cheese crumbled (maybe less).

How much calories would this ad upto
