Can I substitute sage for oregano when making mozzarella sticks?
I have no oregano and no way of getting any but in about 2 hours my dough will be done rising and I’m going to need to use something. Can I use sage instead of oregano? Or would I be better off only using the cheese? Also, as an added herb, what about basil? Thanks.
