Can I use tamarind sauce in place of tamarind juice?

I am making a Pad Thai recipe that calls for tamarind juice. I cannot find it anywhere. I bought the actual pods to make the juice myself but I don’t think I bought enough. I found a store that carries tamarind sauce.
Actually, Nizzle…..my PDA is a calculator and it has internet access, so I guess you could say in a roundabout way that I can access the internet using a calculator! But point taken
