Can you still have an Illeostomy after having the MACE procedure done?
I want to have an illeostomy done but I’ve all ready had the MACE procedure done.

Wow, you are asking a complicated question. Technically speaking, yes, you can have both an ileostomy and a MACE. But, much is contingent on your body and any surgical complications that may arise. You really need to speak to your surgeon or your gastroenterologist. If the ilestomy has been medically recommended, then it has been deemed beneficial for you.
