Cinnamon for pre-diabetes people?
Many people say it works, im sure it does, i was wondering though, if eating a teaspoon of cinnamon a day in people that dont have diabetes, can this prevent the disease from coming?
also, has anyone purchased the cinnamon spice from the company “la flor” and is it cinnamon cassia?
and, does saliva neutralize the effect of cinnamon when taken as a spice?

i will heard dat cinnamon reduce shugar
but u dont hav stoped medicine
also 1 news share with u dat says vit d may reduce risk of devloping type 2 diabetes.
Cinnamon definitely helps, and I doubt saliva neutralizes it…
There are a few products based upon it, here’s one (much higher concentration)
I read an article once that cinnamon can help people with Type 2 Diabetes regulate their sugar. In effect the article offered the opinion that cinnamon could be considered a treatment plan and a cure for type two.
I didn’t read the article closely enough-see I have type one-but I know it had something to do with how the cinnamon actively breaks down sugars in the bloodstream.
As far as I know, cinnamon taken as a spice has no real connection with being neutralized by saliva. This would be new to me and I would research it more.
Sorry that I do not have more information. As far as preventing Diabetes. You can only prevent type two. Type one, as far as we know is herreditary and caused internally (the breakdown of cells in the body that would normally regulate the amount of sugar you keep for energy and get rid of the rest). Whereas type two can be prevented when you eat healthy, are not over weight, and excersize regularly. Of course there are many factors that contribute to type one and type two and sometimes even the healthiest habits don’t work.
Good Luck.
