Convert A Human Recipe for the Dog?

Tomorrow is my dog’s 8th bday (he’s an IrishWolfhound & geriactric!) He’s very special! I found a recipe for the human guests & I thought it’d be cute to try & copy it for the doggy guests. I wanted the human & dog menu to mirror each other close as possible. Now, for sides & dessert I found the human recipe & then found an equivalent in Dog-Specific Cookbooks (Three Dog Bakery & Bone Appetit!). OK, the recipe is Chicken Francese. Ingredients: 1/2 C Slivered Almonds (toasted), 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, salt & pepper, 2 T vegetable oil, 1 C flour, 4 eggs beaten, 1 C dry white wine, 4 T lemon juice, 4 T chopped parsley. You pound the chicken until thin, season with s&p, dredge w/ flour then egg & saute. Make the sauce w/ the wine & lemon juice & butter. Add almonds & garnish w/ parsley. We’ll be also having sauteed asparagus. ***Any ingredients to get rid of for dog health?*** We’re having spaetzle…should I serve that too for the dogs, or rice?? THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!
