I love to cook using herbs. But the problems is I have a spice rack that needs to be refilled. I think that it would be cheaper to order some herbs from an online place than to go to the grocery store and buy 50 different types of herbs. Herbs go stale quickly, so having a ton on hand is counterproductive. Most herbs are really easy to grow on a window ledge or small plot in your yard. You can use them fresh then dry for winter use. If you do buy, buy in small quantities so you use them before they fade away,
