sear a seasoned filet mignon in little olive oil then top with crumbled blue cheese on top..serve with red wine

You can look at this sites menu and then look for a copycat recipe on-line.

Um… chicken?

Sear filet to medium rare, top with crumbled bleu cheese and put in broiler for about 1 minute. Have a nice salad made lettuces, tomatoes, walnuts and craisins and a vinagrette using balsamico de modena y olio. You might want to make a fettucini alfredo too — sauce using heavy cream, cream cheese, parmesan, butter, s&p melted in a sauce pan until hot. serve over pasta.

All with red wine!
