Does anyone have the Trinidad recipe for tamarind sauce?

I’m lookin online and i cant find the recipe for trinidad tamarind sauce for pholourie. I’m making pholourie and i need the recipe for the tamarind sauce and all i’m able to find is the recipe for tamarind chutney. If any one knows how to make it or knows a website please let me know.
