Does Fenugreek really work to increase breast milk supply?
My breast milk supply is dwindling and my doctor recommended Fenugreek. I would like to try it but I was just wondering what your experiences were when you took it. I know that I will start to smell like maple syrup. But did it help increase your milk supply? By how much? How long did it take to work?

Yes it works but Mother’s Milk Tea works better. It has fenugreek & blessed thistle in it.
