Does Fenugreek tea really stimulate breast growth? What are the side effects?
I read a little about Fenugreek Tea or seeds. Most women who take it are breast feeding. Im not breast feeding would that still work for me, for my breasts to grow more?
I’m not pregnant or anything like that. If it increases milk production, what kind of an effect would it have on someone who isnt breast feeding?

Fenugreek actually stimulates milk production
Fenugreek seeds have been shown to reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels in studies. However, there is a one drawback to this herb. You have to take a lot (15 to 100 grams daily) of fenugreek seeds to obtain an effect, and it is also associated with mild gastrointestinal upset. On the other hand, it doesn’t hurt to have this knowledge and it is indeed on the list of vitamins and herbs for diabetics.
