Does Fenugreek work to increase breast milk supply?

If you pump only about 1 oz of milk normally, and you take Nature’s Fingerprint Fenugreek by GNC, does it work? How long does it take before you notice an increase in milk production and how much do you normally take?

I had great success with fenugreek. I haven’t used the GNC brand but I have used the Vitamin World 610 mg capsules. I took 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. I noticed an increase after about 3 days. You’ll know it’s working when you begin to have a slight maple syrup odor to your urine and sweat. It’s not terrible but it is there. I went through a whole bottle while my daughter went through a growth spurt. After that I stopped taking it and my supply stayed up. I took some again at her next growth spurt and worked great to get myself up to her needs and I stopped taking it.

Ok so I took GNC brand fenugreek. 4 capsule twice a day and I went from pumping 4oz each breast to 20 oz (a day). So it works. Your just smell like maple syrup. LOL I noticed an increase in 2 days stopped taking it after three weeks.
