Does peppermint tea really work to help stomach problems?
like indigestion, gas, upset stomach, etc I’ve heard peppermint tea works….anyone tried that?

It always seems to work for me. Although, it could also just be a comfort thing. I just know I feel better after drinking it.

You can also go to a health food store And get peppermint chews (not like a Mint or candy or what yyou’rethinking) They taste rreallydisgusting but if you chew them fast and drink ssomethingYour stomach sickness Is gone in two seconds. It really works. But tea does also its the same thing…Doesn’t taste perfect but its worth it.
