Does this sound HEALTHY? My last two days eating?



Please note.. im not looking for answers from people who are on “extreme diets” and are going to end up failing b/c they are starving themselves. I am looking to get HEALTHY not have a miracle sudden cure. Does this sound like a good daily menu that is reasonable to keep up? I am exercising as well.

Day 1:
BF: Blueberry Muffin
Lunch: California Chicken salad (grilled chicken/lettuce/goat cheese/cranberries/almonds/vinagrette)
Snack: Blueberry muffin, small smoothie
Dinner: BBQ Rotisserie Chicken Breast, 2 small rows, asparagus w/ shallot and olive oil

Day 2:
BF: blueberry muffin
Lunch: Turkey sandwich w/ brie and honey mustard, Blueberry yogurt
Dinner: CHicken Breast breaded and baked, asparagus w/ scallion and olive oil, 2 small rolls
Snack: 2 packs dried fruit (only 60 calories for both- some new yummy stuff i found)
2 glasses of wine.
