Experienced gardeners – I need help with planting the following seeds?

I am an unexperienced garnder and need help with the planting of thefollowing seeds:
Tarragon – Going to sow directly outside next month. I was going to sow it in a large pot but would it prefer a trough etc?
Sweet Rocket – I don’t understand what time to do this one at all!!
Marjoram – Grow in spare room until big enough to go in a pot after frost has past?
Delospherma – Sow March and keep in spare room until large enough to go in flower bed??
Verbena – Sow directly tflower bed next month on top of soil?
Dill – Sow after frost has past directly to pot if poss if not a trough?
Armenia – Sow and keep in the conservatory next month and plant in flower bed in autumn?
Allium – Sow next month in the conservatory and trtransfer to flower bed when?
Brachycome – Sow directly to top on flower bed in April?
Campanula – Sow in pots outdoors when? Transfer to flower bed when?
Aster – Sow indoors in spare room in March – transfer when?
I live in the UK so unfortunately Burpee’s is not an option – Is there an UK version?
Parkseed is American as well – i need a UK site!!!
