Fenugreek?
I am going to start taking fenugreek to increase my supply of milk, but my husband also bought the tea. Should I do both? Or can u overdo it? How many of the capsules should I take? Three capsules three times a day?

First off, I LOVE fenugreek. It is has a gentle laxative quality which is very good right after birth.
If you have diabetes, it can lower your blood sugar, and if you take blood thinners you shouldn’t use fenugreek…
Some places say not to take more than 6000 mg per day. The tea usually has things like nettles to help with your iron etc.
If it were ME, I would have no problem doing both…but ymmv
I doubt you could take enough to hurt you, i took 9 tablets per day… It worked VERY well for me!
