Has anyone taken Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle together and did it work?

Just wanted to know if it has worked for you by taking both instead of just fenugreek. I am taking fenugreek and Mother’s milk herbal tea and not much improvement in milk supply and was told to take Blessed Thistle as it works best with Fenugreek. Also can anyone recommend a brand name for Blessed Thistle ( good one) as I am not sure which brand is good. I was told Teas does not work as good as pills to has anyone experienced that as well?

Drinking a lot of water helps. And lowering your stress.

I took just fenugreek (3 caps/3times). I didn’t find it did much and I think it made my baby fussy- but that could be a coincidence. Most swear by it and that the pills not the tea work.

Mother’s Milk tea has both, and I believe it really works.
