HEELP! seriously please, you dont know what this will mean to me!ED?



I am recovering from bulimia. that was a very hard sentence for me.
I havent been eating very much lately, im just really not that hungry. I also do kinda binge once in a while but i’ve been eating very healthy :)

Breakfast: 4-5 strawberries, 1/4 nonfat plain yogurt

snack: doritos….not usually

Lunch: 5 carrot sticks (baby), 5 bites of a sandwich that had turkey, white cheese and was made with ww bread. 3 tomato slices

Snack: 2 cookies, 1/8c mt dew…not usually

Dinner: turkey burger patty had like shallot, garlic, italiano seasons, salt/pepper, two bites brown rice, 1/3c broccoli

I also drink a lot of water a day and i workout…like pilates or cardio.
im like kinda recovering from bulimia so dont be too harsh. usually i binge. the other days before this were much much worse and with less food b/c i couldnt trust myself not to binge and purge :( anyways this is like a good day :) im getting better one step at a time! Thank you for you input…and 10 pts to the best!
Was this pretty good? i want constructive criticism. and not on the ed…i already know all about it and whatnot

what is your question?

If the other days were worst then you have to look at it this way – You’re getting better ” Gradually.” Granted, its not a massive improvement or Earth Shattering over nite but it is an improvement.
You must stay very focused though so that you have a few of these ” Better Days” per week – even if it goes against your instincts. You must remember, we are humans. We learn by doing things over and over .. repetition. You learned this Bulimic behavior over time by repeating it over and over. You will learn healthy lifestyle by living it over and over too.
Today you do pretty good…and that is all that matters right now. Do not stress over what could have been or tomorrow…live in the moment and reward yourself for improved behavior.
