thats a hard one
You can use any curry sauce with any type of meat. They all taste good.
What you can’t do is create curry “sauce” (I’m sorry, where I live curry is always sold as a powdered spice blend) without the right base ingredients – and you don’t have most of those. At the very least you need coriander, cumin, black pepper, cloves, fennel, and turmeric.
Why not instead saute the turkey breast in some oil, add the garlic and herbs, and eat it with the pasta?
hmm.. what about heating
1/4 cup apple cider venegar
1/4 cup of sugar
1/3 cup olive oil
toss in some garlic powder
the spicy pepper you have
heat until sugar is dissolved and start taste testing.
I have never tried this, just made it up. it would be sweet and spicyand probably good served warm or cold like pasta salad
Good Luck! =)
try searching for an appropriate sauce here:
good luck
