I use cilantro, parsley, corriander and several other herbs that I like using fresh. Also how can I dry my own herbs?

Try putting them in water like you do flowers it will keep them fresher longer
Well, I’m not sure, but I usually wrap them in paper, put them into a plastic bag then put them into the fridge.
Put them in a glass of water and sprinkle with water from time to time. To dry herbs, spread them on a sheet of clean paper in a cool, dry place (not a fridge, though). You can also freeze them (washed and patted dry) in plastic containers.
I keep my in the refrigerator, that seems to keep them indefinitely. As for drying, check out the advice I found, this site will most likely be very helpful to you.
“Drying is the easiest method of preserving herbs. Simply expose the leaves, flowers or seeds to warm, dry air. Leave the herbs in a well-ventilated area until the moisture evaporates. Sun, oven and dehydrator drying are not recommended because the herbs can lose flavor and color. “
You can keep them fresh by wrapping small portions in paper towels, then keeping all the little “packets” in a ziplock bag. You can easily dehydrate them in a low oven spread out on a rack. I bought a food dehydrator at a thrift store for 5 bucks and I dry mine on that. I also freeze some, but only to use in soups or stews as they dont look so pretty when they thaw out!
“
Wrap the herbs in damp paper towels and put in ziploc bags in the fridge. They keep much longer like that.
