How can I make the mint and chip ice cream i made, less minty?
I made a batch of mint and chip ice cream and Im sure I did the right amount of peppermint extract, but it just seems too strong and minty. How can I make it less minty?

Use less peppermint
Let it melt, add some more milk or cream to dilute it, then let it freeze again.
Make a new batch of unflavored ice cream and mix with the flavored batch to cut the peppermint.
Yep, melt it down, add some milk, stir it up well and refreeze it. You can also pair it with some other things to help increase flavor but detract from the mintiness; I’d serve it atop a brownie, or even with a brownie and a scoop of coffee-flavored ice cream with chocolate drizzled on both. Decedent, yes, but that would balance out your flavors (too minty, too sweet, too bitter) and make an alluring dish.
Good luck!
that’s what sucks when you cook

don’t put mint in it
All I know to do is cut the concentration by adding some plain vanilla ice cream to it, which means making a plain vanilla batch. You can add chips to it, just NO MINT.
