How can I turn vanilla oil into a body spray?

I’m gonna get some vanilla oil soon and the site I’m getting it from had reviewers that said they used it for all kinds of things. Candles, soap, body spray (which again is what I want to make out of it)

I’ve never used any type of oils before so that’s why I’m asking this question. So, as the question says, how could I make this into a body spray.
