How come I’m digesting whole cloves of garlic?
My MIL and Grandmother in law take a whole clove of garlic everyday for healthy reasons. I started to do the same. But I noticed that the garlic isnt being digested. Why is that? How can I make sure I am digesting the garlic?

Try CHEWING it.
Better yet, take the odorless garlic pills. They do the same freaking thing, except they don’t make you smell like a rotton carcass.
You may think you are not digesting it but in all likelihood some of the garlic is being digested by your small intestines. To improve digestion, sautee the garlic in olive oil. Add the roasted garlic to spaghetti sauce to help digestion.
Your bowels will tell you whether the garlic is being digested. Check them in a few days after you start roasting the garlic.
I used to do the same thing, I’m curious why you think it’s not being digested??
