I would use a little less… almond extract is pretty strong stuff
Use half the amount of vanilla, it’s potent stuff.
I go equal amounts but I LOVE almond extract.

TOTALLY DEPENDS ON YOU AND WHOEVER IS EATING THE FOOD…..DO YOU LIKE ALMONDS….IF SO, DO EQUAL AMOUNTS
I do equal amounts – for cookies. Half and half – for cakes.
