How do you keep fresh herbs alive over the winter?
Every year we plant fresh herbs(rosemary, thyme, basil, etc.), but come winter time, they allways die, bummer huh. Even if I keep them in pots. I just don`t do well with them inside.

Grow em’ in your house or something?
I brought my basil in with the Christmas Cactus. I hope it doesn’t die off! I use that one daily.
you can bring them indoors, but they will probably get leggy. The bbest bet is to take a “Start” from each plant you want to save and start new small plants,
Rosemary will do well indoors. It just needs light. Be careful not to overwater. Rosemary likes things on the dryer side. As for thyme and basil, they freeze well. Put in ice trays, add water. Add to soup and sauces. Hope this has been helpful. If not you can always go hydroponic.
