try adding a little basil and Parmesan cheese

i just season them with season salt and roll them into balls with my hands.

I mix ground pork with my ground beef. Add the egg and breadcrumbs ad you can add whatever seasonings you prefer, but, roll by hand and cook in the oven on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil. Clean up is so much easier. I like to make a variety of sauces to dip them in afterward, like BBq, Asian, and Honey Mustard. The ground pork added to the beef makes the meatballs juicier and more tender

EGGS
WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
RED WINE
BREAD CRUMBS
ONION
GARLIC
BASIL
PARSLEY
SALT
PEPPER

This is my meatball recipe I always use: Serves 6-8.

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 T. chopped onion
2 T. chopped celery leaves
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 t. each salt, pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese

I combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Shape into balls and brown in a hot skillet.
Then drain off the fat.
Add the meatballs to my sauce and simmer 30 minutes longer.
And serve over the spaghetti.

They are absolutely delicious! In all my years of making them never has one been left uneaten.

I also make them and my sauce for meatball sandwiches!

Great and fun question by the way. Thanks. Have a great weekend. Now I’m going to have to make one or the other over the weekend!

I mix Hot Italian Sausage with the Ground Meat, spices, Italian Bread crumbs, egg, and little green onion. Roll and bake in the oven.

½ cup unseasoned bread crumbs
½ cup Romano or Parmesan cheese, finely grated
¼ cup whole milk
¼ cup low-sodium beef broth
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried pepper flakes
Pinch nutmeg

1 LB ground turkey or ground meat of your choice

Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly with a fork.
Bake at 450F for 25 minutes or fry as desired.

Excellent with spaghetti or as meatball sandwiches.
