How do you store fresh Dill Weed ?
I just went to the farmers market today and wonder if I can refrigerate fresh dill weed or can I put it in a ziploc bag and store it in my spice cabinet? Either way…how long does it last?
Can I freeze it? I chopped it up kind of finely.

Put in the fridge, wrap in paper towel. It should last a week or so. If it wilts first, it’s no good.
if you have a small quantity, keep covered in fridge and use as quickly as possiblie.
If you have a lot, rinse it all, dry it well and put it in a large tupperware container loosly and it is good for six months! you can do the same for parsly basil etc
remember dry properly before putting in container
