How do you think my cinnamon rolls will turn out?
I decided to try a new recipe for cinnamon rolls this morning, without first realizing that I was running low on flour. The recipe called for two packets of yeast, but I accidentally only used one. I did use self-rising flour, though. The recipe called for 8 cups of flour, and I only had 5 to spare. It called for two cups of milk, so I only used half of that. It also called for two eggs, a package of instant pudding, 2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. sugar, and 1/2 c. oil. The dough turned out a little wet and sticky. I didn’t deem it useless, though. I’m going to go through with it and see how the finished product turns out. How do you think the cinnamon rolls will be effected? Do you think I should use less or very little butter when putting my filling on top? The dough is rising now. What do you think?

well im not sure i dont think theyll be bad i just dont think theyll be good
I think they’ll be ok, but keep an eye on them in the oven so they don’t dry out.
should of 1/2 ‘d it down the middle with only one packet of yeast in the first place. i think that the cooking time will have to be increased and the temp. reduced to evaporate the extra moisture in the dough, i think at the temp you cooked it at it will be a little uncooked in the middle and the taste will have a strange ambiance to it.
