How long do I need to stay on the cayenne pepper diet?

I’ve been asked to be in a friend’s wedding that was orginally set for Sept of this yr. It has now been moved up to March. I don’t have much time to lose the weight I had planned on losing by Sept. I want to try the cayenne pepper diet, I read about it and I think I can do it. Though, I didn’t read anything about how long one should stay on the diet or how much of the drink I need to intake. Does any one know about this diet? if so please help me.

Stay on it for as long as your anus can bear it.

If you are talking about the Master Cleanse, I think most people do it for 14 days

KEYS in loosing weight and keeping it off:
1) cut out PROCESSED foods!!-your body can break down and burn natural things much easier and faster
2) eat small meals 5-6 times a day, keep your metabolism fueled
3)make sure you are fueling it with healthy foods, veggies, lean meats, some fruit, and whole grains
4)work out-burn calories everyday if you can
*most diets leave you hungry, depressed, or feeling deprived. The most effective diet I have discovered and highly recommend is The Abs Diet (you can buy the book) it lets you eat many times, gives you easy recipes, and it is basically just healthy but yummy living. The goal is to get rid of mainly stomach fat (since it is the most dangerous) and not only that, but keep your weight off. You must stick to the Abs diet. O, and the best part, you can splurge one night a week on it! because after all, you are human, and you should enjoy a gourmet dinner with dessert every once in a while :) trust me it works, check out the book, don’t give up! its not that hard to loose weight, people just haven’t discovered that yet. good luck! any questions let me know…

Cayenne pepper diet? Um…any of those funny diets don’t really work and certainly won’t work for the long run.

I started a new meal and exercise plan and if I stopped going out as much as I do I would lose even more weight (drinking is sooooo awful for weight gain).

But if you can avoid things like that what’s been working very well for me is eating 4 small meals a day. Get some whey protein, use two scoops for breakfast in skim milk , then about 3 hours later eat 3.5 oz of meat like tuna, or baked chicken or sirloin, followed up with a very healthy serving of veggies and a pita, then every 3 hours eat the same kind of meal. If you can only afford one lunch period and are not able to break it up, have another protein shake, but be advised eating solid food is the best bet. Then cut down on high carb dressings, get low fat or fat free, but that also doesn’t mean you can eat as much as you want.

Eating every 3 or so hours is VERY smart, why? Because after 3 or so hours of not eating, your body – funny thing it is – thinks it’s going to starve and starts breaking your muscle tissue down into fat, just in case! If you can, do some weight training too, and try to do it before you’ve had anything to eat in the morning, you burn many more calories that way..! Also, cut down on the fruit, that’s only for right after working out..too many sugars..! And stop drinking sodas and juices, go with water…lots and lots of water…but make sure you have access to a bathroom! ;D

Good luck! I know you can do it!
