How many tired ,over worked ,stressed out , fatigued , women know about fenugreek and why should men care about women and fenugreek ?
Fenugreek is an herb that stressed out moms who just had kids took to get lactating .

Along the way it was found to be a great tonic against the stressors of life that women face such as working , mothering and juggling between the two .

Men noticed one other side effect .(not the lactation )

Guess what it was .

Why did men like the side effect ?

Why did women love the side effect ?

Should you stock up on contraceptives if a women is on fenugreek ?
GNU that is one of the side effects but not the one i was looking for .

I am not tired, I just spend days at home, relaxing traveling and laughing alot and am single but good question for the militants… LOL

Is this true?
I’m tired all the time(been recovering from flu and infections) and if something will help make my hubby happy too, I’d take it, if it actually worked. Am feeling fairly sceptical though :/
