How much chilli and ginger would you have to eat each day to get a medical effect against pain?
Both chilli and ginger is used against pain but how much would you have to eat each day to get an effect? Is it possible to eat enough of it?
I’m NOT asking for pills so stop spamming me and answer the question instead.

2-4 grams of fresh ginger root (about an 1/8 of an inch, a very small piece) taken every couple of days or so will cure some pain caused by poor digestion or acid reflux types of things. Very useful medicine in such cases.
