How much powdered onion equals a whole onion? Is there an equivalency chart I can look at?
I have to use powdered onion in my recipes instead of ‘real’ onion, so how do I convert? If the recipes calls for one medium onion, how much powder do I use? I need an equivalency chart.

ARE YOU SERIOUS? WHY DON’T YOU GO ASK MOMMY BETTER YET GO TO BED LITTLE ONE
Try a Google search. That may turn up some results. Meanwhile, the little one above me should get off Mommy’s computer and go to be, it’s past her bedtime.
Don’t use it. But if you have to just 2 teaspoons.
I’ve used onion powder, but never enough to equal an onion! I’d hate to suggest using a whole lot – seems that hurt the recipe..
