How old do you have to be to carry pepper spray in NH?
I was just wondering how old you had to be to carry pepper spray in New Hampshire sense there are some pretty sketchy people out there. That is with parent consent.

It is completely legal to own pepper spray in NH over the age of 18. Although if you are younger than 18, I would not be terribly worried. If you are attacked and use pepper spray to defend yourself, you almost surely won’t get into trouble. Just to let you know though, pepper spray is not always effective against an attacker and also, if you are facing into the wind, has a chance to blow back into your face as well. If you want something that can really stop an attacker, i would get a small stun gun. Same legality for the most part, but it will knock your attacker down, and keep him down.
