Not brownies.

For the vanilla just use maple syrup..Use same measurements..for shortening use butter or margarine..and for the cocoa you can use any kind of chocolate, melted candy bars…hope that helps..

two eggs, or three for more cakelike brownies, 1/4 cup of water, 1/2 cups of oil. and that’s it.

you could make blonde brownies, but they will be pretty bland without the vanilla.
