How to keep real Garlic from holding moisture?
I love to cook with fresh Garlic. However with this humidity beings soooo high. My garlic holds the moisture & if not used quick enough. It goes bad….
Anyone know how or where to store it to keep this from happening?
Thanks.

store it in a ziplock in the fridge
I had the same problem and purchased a terra cotta garlic keeper. You can get them at the kitchen stores, Bed Bath and Beyond, Linen and Things and in the housewares departments in most big box discounters. It really works and seems to keep the garlic fresher, longer. I think it was under $10.00
