Hi, like to buy fresh herbs at the supermarket, but they get bad in a week or less. How to keep them good to use again and again?

Put them in to air tight bag and freeze them my wife doe’s it all the time work’s great
ziplock back & freeze.
or layout on paper towels and dry them out (thoroughly dried) then ziplock back & toss in cupboard.
