i am going out to dinner tonight?
we are going out to dinner at an italian restaurant. i am watching my calories because i jsut lost a lot of weight and want to keep it off so i am trying to be healthy but still enjoy myself. i did an extra 20 minutes of exercise today because of going out, but i am still eating my normal diet. does this sound like a healthy dinner choice? probably won’t eat the potato. and i will be getting a salad before hand with dressing on the side or oil/vinegar. is this healthy?

also, is it okay if i get a diet soda? i have only drank water since the beginning of the year, so would a diet soda wiht extra ice be bad?
