I have a bumper cop of fresh sage anyone have a good recipe?
Good year for the fresh herbs here. The thyme and basil are easy to use in different recipes. Does anyone have a recipe they have tried and liked using sage?

How about a Herb Roasted Pork?
INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (5 pound) boneless pork loin
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a bowl, combine sage, salt, pepper, and garlic. Rub thoroughly all over pork. Place pork in an uncovered roasting pan on the middle oven rack.
Bake in the preheated oven approximately 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 150 degrees F (65 degrees C), depending upon your desired doneness.
Meanwhile, place sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, water, and soy sauce in a small saucepan. Heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture begins to bubble and thicken slightly. Brush roast with glaze 3 or 4 times during the last 1/2 hour of cooking. Pour remaining glaze over roast, and serve.

POTATOES WITH SAGE AND PARMESAN CHEESE
4 large potatoes, well scrubbed
2 quarts boiling salted water
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage leaves(or fresh)
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
salt, to taste (if needed)
Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into 6 to 8 lenthwise wedges.
Meanwhile, bring the salted water to a boil. Drop in potatoes and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove potatoes (they will still be firm). Drain.
In a skillet, melt butter over low heat and heat until butter has nearly browned. Stir in crumbled sage and potatoes. Continue to cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until all the butter has been absorbed and the potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning (adding salt, if needed). Stir to mix and serve immediately.
GARLIC AND SAGE BISCUITS
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic chopped finely
3 tablespoons regular butter
3/4 cup & 2 tablespoons of fat-free buttermilk
Coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside. In a large bowl stir together the all-purpose flour, whole-wheat flour, sugar, sage, baking powder, baking soda, salt and garlic. Add the butter.
Using a pastry blender cut the butter into the flour mixture until coarse crumbs form. Add the buttermilk and stir to form a soft dough.
Place the dough on a floured surface and gently knead to form a ball. Roll out the dough until it is about 3/4 inch thick.
Cut into 12 round circles and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
