Ginger (fresh) is great for your upset tummy. Cayenne pepper speeds up metabolism (not much unfortunately). Cinnamon is good for leveling out your sugar levels at 1 tsp. a day (great for diabetics). Never heard about turmeric, rosemary, or paprika however. I know, just imagine that… in nature we can actually find things just as good as man made meds. But then how would the pharm companies that pay off the FDA make money!
