I just started eating healthy what herbs and spices go with what meats, fruits, and veggies Help?
I recently decided to stop worrying about my weight and start worrying more about my health. I am a pretty good cook but don’t know much about the different herbs and spices out there I have done some experimenting but my pairings have been off. If you have some favorite receipes or could give me some advice on how to pick fresh herbs and buy spices to go with different foods that would be great. In advance thanks

With Chicken I like to switch it up, but my favorite is rosemary and lemon pepper, then grilled. Very easy to do, ready in 20 minutes. Basil also works well.
With most beef I use a garlic seasoning, normally some garlic salt, pepper, onion powder, etc. Worsherer (sp?) sauce works well, too. Also, try some tri-tip marinated in a Montreal steak sauce for about 4 hours grilled for about 18 minutes, give or take for your taste of done-ness. There are some really good low calorie, low fat ones out there!
With Fish, stick with some lemon based things. Capers, rosemary, lemon and some low fat butter works well. Careful not to over cook!
