if someone were to eat nothing but celery for a week?
This is just a hypothetical situation, I’m not planning on doing it, but suppose somebody ate nothing but celery for a whole week. How much weight would the person have lost by the end of the week?

that would just be dangerous
Celery has no nutritional value at all. It actually cleans your system out. It would possibly kill you.
That person would feel weak, possibly nauseous and should probably go to the hospital after a week. Not to mention the amount of bowl pain one would experience by eating all that fibre.
