I’m making dinner tonight out of these leftovers, what can I make?
I have:
tandoori chicken
cous cous
eggs
brocolli
corn
pumpkin
herbs (coriander, basil…)
and I have other usual ingredients like, sauces, seasonings, dried fruit, noodles, fresh fruit, lemon etc.
not all ingredients have to be used, i’m just looking for an interesting and easy recipe, thanks!

Leave out the pumpkin and I think you can’t go wrong.
try food network they have a program which you can put in your ingredients and it gives you recipes for that food
Why don’t you just have leftover Tandoori Chicken served over couscous and some herbed/chili broccoli? Sounds pretty good to me.
What about the tandori chicken served over a cous cous, brocolli, pumkin and corn salad, add some corriander to it for a bit more of a taste…
Put your ingredients into these sites and see what they come up with.
just make a batter out of flour and eggs, chop the brocolli, corn and pumpkin and add coriander. deep fry it and serve with tandoori chicken and the cous cous. flavour cous cous with lemon, olive oil, garlic and basil
I’d fry up an egg or 2 in the pan, with a touch of soy sauce, and when cooked, reserve.
Heat up the cous cous if it’s leftover (or cook it)
Set it to the side.
Steam, broil or bake your broccoli till it’s done to the tenderness you like (I’m assuming you have broccoli?)
Then put your cous cous, broccoli, eggs and herbs and chicken in the pan, heat up & eat
