I’m thinking of adding some crushed garlic to it, what do you think? Thanks in advance and God bless!!
I can’t use tahini, one of the eaters has an allergy to sesame, but thanks!!

I always include garlic when making hummus, but I use roasted garlic. It really adds a rich flavor to the hummus.
You just can’t go wrong with garlic – enjoy.
Very good. I suggest warming the garlic in a pan with the oil, gently, first. It makes the garlic flavor mix in through it better instead of just little chunks.
Yes hummus needs garlic!
yes it will add to the flavor have use it all the time when i make hummus that is the flvor they like the best
Yes, definitely add garlic. If you can roast it first, even better! I also add tahini to my hummus. It is simply sesame seeds that I put through a blender with some oil and water.
edit: In that case, nix the tahini
garlic is a necessity in houmous!!
Yeah definitely,it will add flavor make it even more tasty
mmmmmmm
Garlic is a good thing-it’s my favorite vegetable!
Don’t add more than 2 large cloves fresh, or it will overpower everything else. If you have time, you can roast an entire bulb of garlic at 350 degrees F for 1 hour, then add the entire bulb of rosted cloves. They will be much less offensive than the fresh garlic.
Sounds delicious!
garlic is a must ingredient.
I would definately add a little garlic. Roast the head of garlic first and then add it into the hummus.
Absolutely add crushed garlic, I think it will lend to a better flavor, this recipe looks like it is lacking something and garlic is perfect. The other option would be to add roasted red peppers.
