Indian spice conversions?
About how much of the following spices would I use if using ground instead of whole? I would use the whole spices but I don’t have anyway to grind them up. And yes, I know it will taste differently- I want to try ground nonetheless.
ginger- 1 cubic inch
fennel seeds- 1/4 tsp
whole coriander- 1/8 tsp
I found the conversion for ginger so I just need it for the other two now.
Thanks!

Ginger — 1 teaspoon
Fennel — 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander — 1/8 teaspoon since it is strong.
Of course you can always adjust the taste by adding more or less. Just taste it and change on what you like.
1tsp -gingera
A quater tsp-fennel
1/8= just about a pinch
