Is curry powder complementary to thyme and marjoram?
I’m making split pea soup and I’ve already added thyme, marjoram and bay. It still needs some oomph! I’m thinking about adding a little curry powder. Big mistake?

Yeah, I’m sure it would work. It would have a kind of Mediterranean flavour.
I wouldn’t try this combination…but you can put a little bit curry in a spoon whith soup to check if you like it.
