celery will make you hold back water.. adn in the long run it won’t keep you on your regime for very long. have some protein, control what you eat.

A well balanced calorie controlled food plan is the way to go. Celery is very high in sodium.

NO, this is what we call binge dieting. you will eat celery for a few days straight and then you will see a giant cake and eat it all cuz youll be craving it. the trick is to eat healthy, and have fat foods in moderation.

It’s not good to only eat one or two different types of food. You’ll basically be starving yourself, and if your body goes into starvation mode, it’ll start cannibalizing your muscle and not burning body fat. That’s a good way to deprive yourself of critical vitamins and minerals as well. Now, if you were eating three well-balanced meals a day and using celery and tangerines as snacks in between meals, that’d be a fantastic idea. Much better than chips and cookies and the like.
